scans.not_found
The scan id did not resolve in the principal's org.
scans.not_found is returned at HTTP 404.
When this fires
The scan id either does not exist or belongs to another organisation. Cross-org scans are hidden by tenant isolation, so the response is the same in both cases.
What to do
Confirm the scan id was returned by a recent POST /v1/scans or GET /v1/scans against the same API key. Scan ids are tenant-scoped — keys minted in another org cannot read scans from this one.
